What about?

  • Most gaming service providers are very good at what they do, but they do not have the experience and expertise that only comes with decades of experience of running the actual convention. We will work with you, your venue, your staff, and your attendees to provide the utmost quality of service, all with a minimum of muss and fuss on your end.

  • We get it. The Owner-Operator of Aegis runs a small convention of his own and knows the pain of tight budgets. We start our orders at as little as 10 units and go up from there.

  • Aegis Gaming offers gaming packages in blocks of units. A unit comprises of the following:

    One Game Console
    One HD Monitor
    One Controller
    One Piece of Software
    All Ancillary Cables

    We offer equipment in 10 Unit Blocks.

  • We are based out of Central Kentucky.

    We are six hours from Chicago, Atlanta, Pittsburg, Detroit, Memphis, and St. Louis.

    We are three hours from Nashville, Columbus, and Indianapolis.

  • We offer all Eighth-Generation (PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch) and Ninth Generation Consoles (PS5, Xbox Series) in large numbers.

    We offer limited numbers of Seventh-Generation (PS3, Xbox 350, Wii U) for deployment.

    We have limited PC and VR Deployments ready to go.

  • We offer full tournament support as well as streaming support.

    Both are available as add-ons to your standard packages.

    PC and VR support are both available for deployment in limited numbers.

  • We currently have no plans to offer any sort of Rhythm or Japanese Arcade Machines.
